Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is opening up about her big health regret in the wake of her cervical cancer diagnosis.
The *Jersey Shore* star previously shared the news on TikTok that she has stage 1 adenocarcinoma. Now, in an exclusive clip from *Good Morning America*, Snooki is reflecting on the frightening situation and how it could have been prevented.
"It's scary," Snooki tells Lara Spencer in a sit-down interview that airs on Thursday. "But, knowing that this is actually preventative, just go to your appointments and you won't have to deal with this."
Asked by Spencer if she has any regrets, Snooki responded, "I do. Like, why were you so scared? It's literally a 10-minute appointment. You get it done, you figure it out, and then that's it."
Snooki added that, as a result of putting it off, she now has to "get a hysterectomy because I'm stage 1 now."
The 38-year-old reality star and mom of three first went on social media in February to update fans on her status.
"My results came back from my cone biopsy, you guys, and it came back stage 1 cervical cancer called adenocarcinoma," she said. "Obviously not the news that I was hoping for, but also not the worst news, just because they caught it so early. Thank freaking God!"
Giving thanks for 'Jersey Shore,' a family reunion you can attend guilt-free
