The Laguna Beach alum, 38, shared snaps from her recent "quality time" with her family. The post started off with a selfie of Cavallari and her daughter Saylor, 10, who looked just like her mom in the snap. The mother-daughter duo both wore a slight smile on their faces as they embraced for the photo.

Other photos in the post showed Cavallari's sons Jaxon, 11, and Camden, 13, as well as her mom Judith.

"Nothing on the to-do list but quality time 🩶" she captioned the post.

The podcaster shares her children with ex-husband Jay Cutler. The former couple welcomed their first child, Camden, in 2012 and got married the next year. Jaxon joined the family in 2014, and Cavallari and Cutler announced the birth of their third child, Saylor, in 2015. The Uncommon James founder and the former NFL player split in April 2020 after nearly seven years of marriage and 10 years together.

Back in June, while speaking to PEOPLE ahead of the premiere of her new E! docuseries Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour, the mom of three shared that her children have been eager to get in on the spotlight.

"They have been asking me for years to post them. I guess it was maybe a year and a half ago that I finally posted Camden. He's almost 13, Saylor is 9 — she'll be 10 in the fall. It's sort of the curse of being the second or the third kid. They just sort of naturally do what the oldest is doing. In my perfect world, would they all be 12 [before] deciding if they were posted? Sure. But also, it's just not realistic," she said at the time.

For most of the children's childhood, Cavallari refrained from showing their faces online. Now that they're a little older, she told PEOPLE, she's enjoying being able to fully share them with her audience.

"It is nice for me to be able to show that with people because my kids are the biggest part of my life. They always have been since I became a mom," she said. "And I could only let people in so much without showing my kids, so to be able to now share that world with everybody? People [can] see at the end of the day, I am just a normal mom. That is my life."

During the March 25 episode of her podcast, Cavallari revealed that her kids will be featured on her new reality series, which is a change after she deliberately did not have them on her previous show, Very Cavallari.

"That was the one thing with Very Cavallari — my kids are the biggest part of my life. And them not being on Very Cavallari really did a disservice to myself," she said in the episode. "I did a disservice to myself because if I can't show the biggest part of my life, well, now we're having to fill in all of these areas that would normally be my kids, and we're having to force storylines. And we're having to basically make s--- up. And I really regret that, to be honest, because it wasn't an accurate representation of what was going on."

She added, "I'm really excited for people to see that, to see how normal my life is, honestly."
